This is regarding the servicing of our Car Maruti Swift Dzire that was given to S.K. Wheels, Turbe (Navi Mumbai) on 23rd December, 2015.
We had the car delivered at our home on 24th December, 2015. Following issues /problems that is observed by us:
1) The car is delivered without even checking that all the service requirements we had asked for are met.
2) There is no interior cleaning done (explicitly asked for interior cleaning).
3) Exterior washing is not properly done.
4) There is a gap between bonnet cover and headlight which was earlier not there.
5) At the time of delivery, post servicing we found a fixed dent at the front bumper of the car that was not there before the car was given for servicing.
