I request everyone not to even visit Spice, Sahara Mall, Gurgaon. They all are thieves. They did a fraud with me. I purchased a Galaxy Note 2 from them and they assured me for 15% cash back scheme. But now I came to know that there showroom even not listed in cash back scheme. The second most important fraud they did with me is that they sold me the Galaxy Note 2 which was already sold. The EMI number is different on the bill and on the credit card statement. And phone was already used 1 month before the generation of the bill. Because of that reason Samsung refused to give me the Customer Service. So it means I have no guaranty and warranty of this phone. I invested INR 38,000 in this phone but they made me fool.
