hmmm I have now booked my Car with them... and now reading all the comments I am worried about being cheated. wht to do?

Completely agree with the experiences above. a pathetic sales team, and worst senor staff. Cannot manage to get the smallest of formalities correctly. It has been over a month and a half since i booked a car, had submitted 15 odd documents on the first day itself, which in itself was a drudgery of about a week, since they collect all the documents available on this planet, of which not all are actually required. Got assured that this is it, and i may get the delivery whenever i want. I call up the guys 3 days later and then they tell me they need more documents !! look at the guts, i need to call them everytime to KNOW that the process isnt complete yet, and they make me run yet again. more documents. Today i call up and asked, only to find out the RTO has rejected my documents, because apparently the sales guy misinformed me on the first day that this wasnt the document which was actually required. so here you go, he has informed me and his job is done. its my headache now. I dont know what I will do to get my delivery done.
I have no idea where i should go for help. I am being harassed and have no power to take any kind of action against these morons.

NEVER EVER go to this dealer.

I second the comment given above.
I and my friend booked two cars. Even after two months of delivery, we have still not received all FOC items which were offered with the car.
In their hyundai central system they logged first service of my car without servicing it. Actually, I went to another service center for first service and he told me that your car's first serviced has been done already at Kundan Hyundai. That was a shocking for me as I never took it for service to Kundan.

My strong recommendation is to NOT buy any car from Kundan Hyundai. HMIL should abandon Kundan's dealership.

Worst experience ever..!!
I have been through a very bad experience with Kundan Hyundai.
The executives were so careless. They were very rude and there was so much of communication gap among themselves.
Also, the dealer had promised us that he’ll give us seat covers as a complementary gift. But he didn’t keep his word.
And on the time of car delivery, the car was decorated with just Rs. 10 garland which was too pathetic. The number plate given was also of very low quality.
It was too disappointing. I suggest people, never to go Kundan Hyundai. They are good at nothing.
They don’t deliver car on time. They don’t keep their words on complementary gifts etc.
Purchasing car from Kundan Hyundai was really a big mistake. Never ever go to Kundan Hyundai.
