It is 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Theyhave just dumped the material. No oneis sent for assembly.
They take separate charge for transport and assembly. And even after that theydo not bother
to service the customer well. .I will say it was myfirst and very very very BAD experience.
I have bought products fromHome town, Style spa etc. Never faced this challenge.

Their Customer Service is very bad. I puchased a shower panel and it's been 1 month and they haven't been able to install it. They said they only have one carpenter to install for all of PUNE housefull stores. How pathetic. DO not pay for installation until after work is done. I've called them for the last 1 month and they said they will call and let me know - but they never do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. the guy that works there RAJ - he hangs up on customers.
