I have never been in such a situation where such a big salon like vlcc; deny customer of services because of power cut or water shortage. This was the repetitive instance at vlcc magarpatta, with me. They should learn from other renowned salons and even small salons in the city. They are far behind and no where in comparison in terms of customer service, infrastructure or staff.
I was a regular customer with VLCC Magarpattacity. But finally I lost it and have stopped going there. The commitment to your appointments are never kept, you are kept waiting for at least 20 mins, even if you are the first customer in the morning. The consistency of their services, be it a hair cut, a pedicure, or a facial is always different. Hair cut of course depends on the moods of the hair stylist, if you complain they say come again we will do it for you again. I had taken a Hair spa package, which I wanted to cancel because there was no consistency in the treatment, so they converted it into a family card. There again you are you get a third rated service.
