I had visited the Pune mall and due to the person guiding the parking my new Nissan Micra got scratched. The manager, Mr Parish, Accepted the mistake and was very helpful initially and said they will pay the full after claiming from insurance. After 3 weeks of follow up today I was informed that Ishanya will not be paying any money. I am shocked at such an irresponsible behavior from Parish, who, in a typical smart fashion, delayed the initial settlement, and latter refused to pay.
Is there any action I can take?
