This Lotus Restaurant is the worst place to eat in Darjeeling, West Bengal. This was the third strike with me each with the same scenario. I usually have drinks at a pub a few doors down and the Lotus Restaurant supplies bar/finger food. Each time, the restaurant was entirely empty, yet, on each occasion, it took 25 minutes to bring the order 30', in pieces; cold. Last evening I hope they enjoyed their snacks as I did not pay left them holding the cold tray. With three kitchen staff available on-hand each time.
You guys are toast in this small town.and I will attend your closing with champagne. And by the way, I went back to my pub, ordered a Domino's Darjeeling Pizza from the Rink Mall; In fifteen minutes. Goodbye, Lotus Restaurant, Dar
