Never gonna suggest any of my friends.... Such a rude behavior from the staffs. Especially Utsav's manager, he doesn't even know how to behave to women. Friends, please don't waste your time by going to Utsav.

staffs r really bad... many of people r not reluctant to come there bcos of mis behavior of staff,,,

I had the same experience last year. The sales girls were forcing tme to buy salwars, i think they are getting commissions. its really really Annoying. I will take it if i like, dont force me!!. oh my goddness they are like crazy..Store manager, pls give some extra training. it def helps. Pls stop Annoying your customers!!!!

hi.. it was my first visit 2 days back..All the way from trivandrum.. many shops we find such arrogant sales girls.. but to the contrary we met a really nice 1 @ utsav in Lehenga section.. i doonno about others.. bt she was having so much patience.. and really hlped us to find the best one.. we tuk so much of hr tym.. bt she didnt complain.. had a really "Customer Is King Attitude" . I really want to thank her heartfully..We had a contended shopping.. others shud learn from her..

I agree with Shammi! The staff are very much arrogant, as if they are the only ones in cochin. I visited two months back and was really pissed off by the staff over there. I caught a sales girl red handed talking bad about me, as I asked her to show me more collections. Maybe they showed me attitude, since I asked them to show me less expensive clothes. We can only purchase as per our pockets and could not do a vast shopping just for the sake of giving them business. Let them understand that customer service is the first priority in a business.

Even though they have a collection, the attitude of the sales girls over there are unbearable. Lots of frustration faces and "its not my business attitude". Once you step in and if u didn't feel to take anything or you want to check out other stores, ur sure to see some frowning faces or u can hear them talking at ur back. The mgmt have to really change the misbehaviour of their employees.
