Dont visit this parlour if u dont wanna feel cheated..if u visit it by mistake dont ever get a hair cut done..they dont even know to how to hold hair cutting scissors...above all if u wish to visit the most unwelcoming parlor this is the one...they are rude and customer service is horrible..they dont know how to talk and behav with customers..1 star is too much for all the money and time i wasted there.

i went to turnstyles parlor to take few services and i was surprised what a mind blowing services i got i was so so happy after my services from the parlor i had done facial and the facial was done really by experienced and trained staff my skin was really taken good care since i have some achne but wow what a beautiful facial i had and pedicure and manicure was full for one and half hour time i was so so happy with the services and my haircut was done by a creative hair artist a robustic artist what a beautiful haircut was given i was carried away by theservices and whatgracious and crteous staff i was also offered green tea i never had such a marvelous experience since im USA citizen i have travelled lot of places but this parlor i

Parlour runned by the worst and cheapest people. They use slang language with their customers. If you ever visit them at their lunch time or at the closing time of their parlour, then may god save you, as you will be kicked and thrown out by them.
I agree It was like I am in one of my worst nightmare, indeed the parlour is run by an insane lady who is mannerless, rude, frustrated and self centric. I had purchased the groupen voucher and went there today only, when they ask me about hair cut I ask them not to shorten my hairs much then that insane manager "kanwaljeet kaur" and komal gill told me that you have to sacrifice your hair if u want a hair cut ( my hairs are of knee length). I ask her to simply go for a layer cut in front and step cutting from back at my surprise she started shouting that "we don't work on instructions, better you redeem your voucher bla bla bla..we will not provide you any services, u r in my premises so I'll do whatever I want to".. I agree with the previous review "Horrible Experience!! Dont ever visit this parlor!". This parlour is run by a rude frustrated cunning lady who ill treats all her customers as it is evident from reviews on justdial.com and asklaila and also as per my horrible experience . I went there with my daughter after taking an appointment (had groupon vouchers). Initially we were unable to locate the parlour and got a shock when on calling her she rudely said that neither she nor anybody else from the parlour would help us with the parlour's location. Then somehow we managed to find it just to get a bigger shock when she said that services would be provided to only one of us as she had written only one name in the diary though I had clearly mentione

Horrible Experience!! Dont ever visit this parlor!!
I had purchased the groupon deal for Turnstyle Hair And Beauty Clinic in Kankurgachi which included Hair Cut, Facial Pedicure , Manicure and Threading. They completed the pedicure and maniure in 10 mins each and facial in 30 mins. Now came the turn for hair cut, while washing my hair Ms Komal Gill tells me that Maam in this deal we just do straight cutting..ie, whatever hairstyles you have we will just cut it "STRAIGHT" from the back and we will not even touch your front hair.
