Third class staff
They deliver open products , not company packed.
Parts are missing.
I bought Siemens machine from this store and my experience is horrible.
They deliver the piece which was placed in store display area , saying that this is directly coming from warehouse and is company packed.
When i opened the packing, base plate is missing and the product is also not very dirty.

I suggest not to go for this dealer.

i bought a samsung lcd tv which was 35,000 for 27,000 only great shop with great discounts the product works perfectly well i was taken care very well

I visited ur shop this morning (19/4) around 1115 hrs and had a harrowing experience. Nobody seemed to care. After requesting two persons a salesman came to my rescue. He seemed to be in a great hurry. Even before reaching the frig store he started asking me in the upstairs itself whether I would be finalising the deal today itself, forgetting that he had yet to show me the product. Anyway he showed me the frig, unlike a good salesman, and I left very disappointed. I thought I shd bring it to ur attention that not to speak of any courtesy even the good salesmanship spirit was missing. This sort of a thing was least expected from the well reputed store like Better Deal Electronics.
