it was a wonderful experience visiting BodyCare Clinic in Noida i was 74kg and and i lost 20Kg and now im 54kg, and on the other part i have blemishes all over my faces which was treated by them, the staff is very friendly and deals with every problems in details......
really the mad ladies are sitting there i have paid them 15000 rs for my 10 body tucking but they are not giving me date for the tucking and excused that they have sent my cad to their corporate office 2 months has been past and they are not able to return my card from their corporate office mannerless ladies
bodycare is thirdclass, its center manage is a thief, she stole my sister's debit card and used it for purchase of 50000 rs, when she found her card lost and got some clue through bank transaction details that it was used by some bodycare staff and complained this cheap lady excused that some client used it and then said to make it void and she doubted her, she was lying as hdfc credit control department staff also enquired and by the statement of shop staffs who identified her seeing her photo, we could know that this lady did the shopping, she transferred the money but did not agree that she did anything, said a client has transferred the money.
I have so many complaints with this bodycare that i am really confused where to start with.
1. Filthy towels they use. They keep reusing the same towel for all customers after giving any body service like lypo tucks,body polish,body spa.
2. People on reception show attitude when you want a date for service as if they r paying for the services not us ! :-|
3. Even after taking an appointment they'll make you wait for 30-40 min at least and if you are late by even 10 minutes , then you have made the biggest mistake of your life and their "management" gets disturbed !
4. At the time of taking money, they promise to be co-operative. But when its time to act,then plz, they have so many customers and they are helpless.

seriously,...they have the worst customer service.. firstly they will lure you into taking some packing and once you pay they will treat u like shit..!!!
Body Care has the worst customer care. There is nobody to attend you once you join their package. Phone call are not attended, they keep you on hold and forget. Please I request you all not to join BODY CARE.... specially Noida Branch....
