i purchased a 3D-TV with 3D accessory package by paying almost Rs. 2 lacs. They delivered only the TV and not the 3D starter kit/accessory package for which i have paid Rs. 35,000. It is more than 1 month since i made the payment. Devi is not taking any responsibility for my order for which i made payment to Devi. Instead, they are asking me to follow-up with Samsung directly. i have been following-up with Samsung executive Mr. Prasanth for more than 1 month. every time i call Mr.Prashanth, he will deliver next day. 1 Month has gone already. Now a days Samsung Executive and Devi Executives are not answering my calls. It appears that I need to goto consumer court now. Please avoid DEVI INTERNATIONAL and SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
