eZone got worst customer support...... first thy need to teach how to behave with customers..they act so low.and they got least knowledge about products especially tv.....I been to ezone to get full HD,1080p TV. they try cheat us by telling sony Hd ready tvEX300 as full hd tv... if we tell we need full hd they carelesslly respond thr is no diff b/w hd n full hd ..... how could they be so dumb.and inturn they ask to tell diff b/w hd n full hd ... who is sales man here..and if we asked them to tell about samsung tv.... they were simply forcing us to buy sony..and other tvs... i dont understand who is paying money... if we want to buy samsung tv thy r least bother to show...they constantly compel to buy sony or other prdt....a worst shop i ever seen..i am really dissapointed.....i used to think ezone is best ...but.. after my exp its really worst........
