I just want to share my experience at this place. On my last two visits, when I phoned and made a reservation and arrived on time with guests from the USA, I was put to shame and embarrassment at the entrance as the staff said there was no booking on my name. When I looked at the register I found entries in pencil and ones that have been erased by hand. This is the way barbeque nation handles their guests. Following this I no longer visit this place.
