It's a great Mall. On the whole. But right now, it's rather badly managed. Most of it's escalators haven't been working for the past at least 3 weeks. In almost every elevator bank, one elevator isn't working. Considering that it's a huge Mall, it's too exhausting for people of a certain age group to go hunting for a lift that isn't already loaded with people or to go looking for an escalator that's working - except one, all down going escalators have been "under maintainence" for at least 3 weeks.
I want to ask - how long does it take to service all escalators and lifts ? Definitely not 3 weeks. And I have never seen any work going on on any of the lifts or escalators.
Also, it's airconditioning isn't upto the mark.
It's very sad that a good Mall is being treated so indifferently by whoever is supposed to maintain the Mall. I have asked the staff around the Mall where I can find the Manager but no one seems to know.
We want to make world class structures but don't want to make the effort to maintain world class standards.
