If you were to visit Carslon office, on the outside, it looks and feels very professional however, doing business with them is a totally different ball game. My advice, never partner with them on any project they have. For an international company to hold up a measly amount of Rs. 1,31,000/ for work done, is indeed surprising. There are two things that shocked us (www.stepconsulting.org), the total lack of professionalism in responding to emails and telephone calls shows the ROT that exists internally (even an email to Martin Warner CEO Asia Pacific, has elicited no response) but worse than that, the payment has been due for over one and a half years. So much for all the commitments and promises made on the website.
From, not a disgruntled partner but from a professional who should have been able to see through the exterior flamboyance into the "ordinariness" of the organisation. Not your fault Carlson, mine for not reading your company well enough.
