Great Eastern has probably the lousiest after sales of all the electronic shops in behala. Unfortunately they were the first really big shop in behala which is why more people would go to their store for the large variety of products on display. however the problem is they never deliver on time. in my case i brought an ac which was delivered to me after 3 days! not only that the installation was done after another 4 days. so for 7 days the 20,000/- equipment lay useless at my premises. the same thing happened with the new fridge that i bought. i bought a haier fridge and even after 3 days it was not delivered. what more they have a lady who picks up the phone on 033-24070946 which is the delivery hotline number and she actually lies when saying that the products have been loaded on the truck and your's will be delivered within a few hours and you wait the entire day to realise that you have been fooled. i am planning to buy a 40" inch bravia next and i dont think i will be visiting their shop at all. i would rather go to the sony world near mominpore to buy that.
