I have purchased furniture worth 55k at this store, which includes a sofaset(3+1+1) worth 30k. One of the chairs of the sofa set had a manufacturing defect, which ROYAL OAK has concealed by doing some patch work. I complained about this and the sales guy (Mr. Gopal, IndiraNagar) but there is no response what so ever. Mr. Gopal was so sweet and attentive before purchase, has made many a promises regarding the quality and service, but it is all trash as there is nothing like that. I have made so many phone calls and finally went to the store, where Mr. Gopal had then registered a High Priority complaint in their system, but even after 10 days there is no response from them. ROYAL OAK are big time cheaters. Beware of buying any products here. The furniture on display is usually of good quality, but what gets delivered at home is quiet opposite. Better go to banaswadi/shivaji nagar for furniture, you will get it cheap and BEST.
