They are the worst builders having a good reputation. We bought a flat at KK nagar, initially the people spoke very sweetly as if customers were their God. Later a stay was laied as per court order due to some legal issues on the building thus the project was completely stopped for 6 months. we kept quite during this time . After 6 months when the stay was removed the work there didnt pick up quickly as there were no workers to work here coz there were put up in other projects. Its been like 3 months after the stay was removed still not much developments. when asked about the delay, their answers were very rude and rough. They invested both money and labour in other projects thus forgetting about this completely. To tell the truth , I was much shocked and hurt by the way they answered then delay of the project.
The MD always talks about the relationship between them and customers , I really cant understand what he really means. Our loss was 7 months rent plus interest for the home loan and peace of mind.
People please think a lot before investing laks of money with this builder...Not an advise but just sharing my experience. [I really dont wont to rate even a star but nothing less then this]
