Guys............today i had really a bad experience in Lakme salon Btm.I am a regular customer of Lakme Salon,12th main,Indira Nagar.I thought in every lakme salon, the service will be same.But in btm it was pathetic.They are not professionals.Today i went there for a hot oil massage.that lady did the message, it was not that much great.Then she switched on the steamer.she put nearly 20 minuts for steam.After that she went somewhere.After 20 mins, the steamer automatically switched off.even i heard the beep sound.I thought she will come and remove the steamer coz i took an appointment of facial too.Once the steamer switched off nobody came.I again wait there with the steamer for another 20 mins.There they dont have time to attend a customer.Everybody seems to be busy with chit chating.At last i removed the steamer from my head.I wipped off the oil from my face and neck.Then i asked about her.A person sitting in the reception called shirin asked me to wait for the lady.One funniest thing is that i was sitting next to reception.I got angry coz i went inside the parlour by 2.30pm and she started massaging my 2.40.It was almost 4pm, they didnt even completed the hot oil massage.i am feeling pity on you guys.Whenever u get time, just visit Lakme salon indiranagar branch and feel the service.You will definitely find the difference.My humble request is PLZ DONT EVER VISIT LAKME SALON BTM 2ND STAGE,BANGALORE.Its just a waste of money.
