We have a centralised Current account no in the name of M/s fedex express Chandigarh but we are facing problen with HDFC Sector-37-D branch. The people of this branch is not cooparative.
on dated 01/08/2011 our staff visited to the branch for cash deposit but the teller has refued to depoit the amount anf told him to go to another branch. when our staff asked the reason. they said that we will not deposit your cash in this branch and they were very roude .
Kindly look into the matter and ask the branch manager the reason for this beheave.
