Hi' I bought a shoe frm this store during their sale period and unfortunately the shoe started hurting me after 3 weeks of use.... I got back to them and I must appreciate their customer service and gesture shown.....they acknowledge that the shoe was not for my foot type at all, and they extended all the possible options that they could to help me with my genuine problem..The person I want to appreciate most of all there is Mr. Mohan. Very helpful, very court. Did everything possible to make me walk out of the store as satisfied customer and THAT TOO WITH A SMILE ALL THROUGH! This is very rare to be found in our Indian stores!
