I had very pathetic experience at Vedicure of Dr Anil Patil branch in Vashi.
The place is so unclean and dirty. Technicians are so unprofessional and do not have any mannerism.
The most pathetic part is Dr Anuja Patil of the Vashi branch is so rude in behavior. She does not know how to talk.
When unclean massage table was asked to clean, her response was this is how we can provide. We treat people per their status( poor people have no respect???)
The table had rotten matteress kept on it and on the same table shirodhara was given.
Receptionsit speaks with such a arrogance and attitude.
If they are charging so much, cant admin take care of providing minimum clean table and well-mannered doctors , receptionist?
Admin is least bothered about this branch. Other centers are in city so they might be maintained but arent they charging the same??
This place is surely be closed down shortly.
The sisters from Kerala are horrible. First of all , they cant speak good english.
secondly, they lack the cleanliness that is "must" while handling critical patients.
If you report the sister-in charge, they will nod their head but do nothing because all are malayalams supporting their community.
Hospital doctors might be good but if it continues having horrible staff imported from Kerala, this will ruin its name very soon.
