The most abominable experience. I pray to God that no one tries this place to get a similar treatment. A spa is meant to make one relax but with Keya Seth, its altogether a different experience. I went to the spa at Gariahat Kolkata on 8/3/2011 for a facial. Maybe special people are treated with dignity but for lesser mortals like us, I was made to feel that being replied politely was a charity that was way above what I deserved. Even the security guards behave rudely and the staff seems more inclined to chat than attend customers. I wish they gave their staff a lesson politeness and customer relations.
