I too faced similar issue. Really poor service. The attitude of the technicans are really bad. They have commited to give my car by 4.30 pm and have not deliverd till 7.30 pm. CAUTION : please check the service bill...they charged for the services which they have not perfomed on the car. My car is still making lot of noise. They sell some discount cards for Privilege customer Loyalty Campaign ...which is CRAP... it says free caar cleanings and vaccuming. where as I have received my car without being washed, forget about vacuuming. Requesting all not to send your cars to GARVE Hyundai. I have tried it twice and both time they failed.
