Supporting staff is good. Their automatic claim handling from insurance company is good. Billing department is best. Crowd is less. Hospital is clean.
Doctors are bunch of unprofessional Idiots. Dr Kiran Sharma, the gynecologist is top in the pack, looks like she likes to play games, by creating anxiety in parents through unusual means, in my case by giving double dose of pain induction drug at once, which caused heartbeat of fetus to drop to as low as 70 (mean should be 120). Time of operation was chosen as 4:30PM because kiranâs shift was ending at 5PM (it gives me feeling that I am living in world of Tom & Jerry:(). I asked some question to pediatrician doctor shishir, later I found that his answers were wrong. Dietician had some suggestions but lunch and dinner but not given matching to that specification (by max catering). Sometimes whatever she prohibited came in lunch. When we notified, she laughed nothing changed though. After operation in doctor's visit, Kiran on her round never came for checkup. Whenever she passed by the bed, her excuses were that âI need to at Saket right (maybe for shopping!) now will see you in eveningâ that evening never came. In three days No visits from her, only assistants came for observation and dressing. In entire floor supporting staff was saying that âOhh you are the same how got operated in mad rush :(â.
