The cooking course at cafe zaffiro was great. I attended the 5 day patisserie course for my husband who loves pastries. I had never baked or made any dessert before this course, I am not kidding never means never. So was very apprehensive!! But in just 5 days I learnt a lot, I make a mean souffle now and it never fails to rise. Husband is very happy and so are my friends. Kudos to me and the chef who taught with incredible patience!! Do enroll for these classes to learn gourmet dishes. They provide all the ingredients and equipment, all you have to do is show up.
