Guys, these people are real cheats. The other day I called them for my fridge repair and the guy who came told me that the compressor is not working and we need to replace it. The estimation he gave me was Rs.5000. He also mentioned that fridge has to be taken to their workshop and it can not be repaired at home. I sent the person back saying I will call back. Meanwhile a representative from Godrej visited my home, as I registered a complaint the previous day. He analyzed and tole me that relay control is gone and should be replaced. It costed me Rs.800 including service charge and my fridge is working fine without any issues.
My sincere advise: Please don't believe these people.
