I had a horrific experience with Konica Color Lab, Apex Lab Chennai. I took my passport photographs for US Visa 1 day before my scheduled appointment and the photos were said to be taken according to the US consulate specification. While appearing at the US consulate, I found out the photos were not in the required specification and was denied an appointment. Fortunately, a photograper was placed inside the consulate and I could take emergency photos and proceed with my appointment. Frustrated, I enquired the Lab people on their mistake and they agreed that the photo was taken for Saudi Arabia visa specifications.But they denied that it was their mistake and complained me that I would not have mentioned it correctly. To add to the frustration,the manager was insisting me to submit the original bill to validate my complaint. I do accept that mistakes happen sometimes,and was just expecting an apology but the professionalism exhibted by Konica Lab Manager and other employees totally annoyed me.
