It's the most pathetic hotel I have ever set my foot into. People leaving good reviews must either be blind or have a liking for horrible treatment. The staff in the hotel are very unwelcoming and mean. They don't care about their guests from the moment you enter. Dont be fooled by its close proximity to commercial area. It has no privacy and stand above a bar where drunkard keep pouring. There is no elevator to carry you luggage so you have to rely on the room boy's to carry it for you. My family did the worse mistake of picking this hotel. We did a mistake of paying via credit card an advance amount of 5000 rupees because we were too tired to go in search of other hotels as we were returning from a really long and tiring journey from bangalore. The moment we entered we were made to wait for half n hour for no reason what so ever. My father did the mistake of paying by credit card. When we entered the room, it was in such a pathetic state. The rooms were stinking, the bedsheets looked like they hadnt been washed in years, the toilets did not have SHOWERS and buckets! It didnt even take us a minute to decide we didnt want to stay in this filthy place. After going back to reception and statin that we would like to leave since the room is UNSUITABLE FOR A FAMILY the man at the reception refused to return the money. Since we were tired we thought we would confront him in the morning. Being foreigners, we contacted our bank the next to check if the transaction had occured but the bank assured that no transaction under this hotel had taken place. SO we returned back to our country and after a few days these frauds had taken the money. We informed the bank and they did reverse the transaction but the cunning hotel authorities sent a fake entry in their log book stating we had stayed there for three nights. Therefor our bank was unable to reverse this amount and we ended up losing 5000 rupees for no reason. Being foreigners there isnt much we can do now but this is a strong warning for the rest. Do not be fooled by the reviews here. They are fraudulent, cunning and the worse type of human beings i have ever come across. Pathetic!
