Dear viewers never visit this stupid shop or even dare to enquire about the goods they have . We had an bitter experience with this stupid agency. They have kept the stores name as sathya but they never keep their promise for ever. Three months back we desided to purchase a whirlpool washing machine & Venus water heater in the term as part payment & part instalment through the banker whom they have in their stores.As agreed we had paid Rs.10,000 in advance & after the promised date of delivery when we enquired they cooly says that they don't have stock & if we want the promised product we have to pay Rs.1000/- more , so we cancelled the order & got our advance amount. And after consulting with the banker the assured that the installments are too voided. But past 3 months the bank had charged bouncing charges for the goods which we had not purchased, inspite of taking this issue several times to the concerned store manager.Phone calls 4 complaints are always on hold .
