This is one of the crap place I have ever seen. Salesmen here sounds good but are extremely arrogant, specially after sale. During the purchase of our tv and washing machine the salesperson named Madhu was all nice and helping. But when our Haier washing machine wasn't delivered on time, I called him up to know the status. He said he will let me know the status after checking with delivery person but never returned the call. Later on when I called again he told that I had to follow Haier to check the status of my washing machine.When I told Devi store made the bill not haier, he said he cant help it. Such rude and its such a shame for the store. These guys are all good until you make the purchase, once its done they wont give you a look. Also he had told we were entitled for 2 free gifts which he had asked us to come and collect during ugadi so that he can give us good items, we even called him before arriving to the store. when we reached.... o boy... he treated as if he owns the store or we have come asking him a big favor or we are some kind of beggars or he is some bill gates. Finally he gave us 2 tiny lunch boxes and when we asked him for a carry bag, that was it... he started like' o its an offense to sell carry bags at all and no one in WHOLE BANGALORE is selling and went on to say we wont get it anywhere in BANGALORE'. I was shocked.. I told that ass that we did not land in Bangalore yesterday as if we dont know anything here in Bangalore.He said he cant give without an apology. Guys do yourself a favor, if you want some really good deals than devi, better go to some other store like ezone or relainace. The sales team there are much educated on products and really treat customers up to the mark. Save yourself from humiliation by buying at devi store for some little discount/offer. I like to be treated nicely and respectfully when I buy anything. Money doesnt grow on trees and certainly when we are ready to spend 20k+ than why to be ill treated from any ass.
