Dipanjan as per my opinion don't knw much about your experience but all my family friendz nd relatives go to dat place fr shopping nd we r extremely satisfied nd pleased wid dere services. I beleive dere is an exchange policy in any shop dat u end up visiting in any part of da world so i find nothing wrong in dere exchange policy nd i guess u made a technical error stating da tym which cnt be 12am has to be 12pm. But still i'm sorry to hear abt u r bad experience but i guess dey r da nly shop in kolkata who r da manufacturers so u cn well imagine da reasonable price nd da attraction da shop upholds. I have been shopping in different parts of kolkata but still dat place is one of da very good places to land up fr shopping.
