Very poor hospital services. My baby was born on 11th Jan 2012. Till date I am waiting for his birth certificate. Medical record department at Pushpanjali Crosslay hospital is functioning very poorly. They called me after 2.5 months to come and collect birth certificate and when I reached, I found mistakes in the name of the mother. When I asked them why they had not checked it than they say that they have no time to check it. (when I went in that department there were two male and one female and were talking âPipal ke ped pe bhoot hote hain ya nahinâ â so they have time for all this nonsense).
Then I approached Mr. Jain, Medical Superintendent and told him the whole story and he called MRD dept and asked for the issue. (Mr. Jain said the person on other side of the line âmarunga agar Wednesday tak nahin sahi ho ke aaya toâ â in such a soft style that the other person would really care about). Finally he gave me deadline for 4th April 2012.
Today is 5th April and they have not still got the certificate rectified. My Jain is out of station today. No body in the hospital lets me talk to Dr Vijay or Dr. Vinay.
Such a poor and pathetic style of working of a private hospital who is one of the costliest hospital. Dr. Vinay and Dr. Vijay should be ashamed of this. If they have made this hospital than they should see the efficiency and complaints of their hospital as well.
