I wanted to sign my kid up for the 'superkid,superbteen' program. After seeing the Form A, and you'll asking for declarations and waiving you (director,officers,agents,coaches and employees) off all responsibility if anything ''were to happen to the child'' and giving you'll permission to give medical care INCLUDING ANESTHESIA for the childs well being,I have to ask what methods you are planning to employ,what results do you have in mind,what are you expecting. 'Holding the Directors harmless from liability for such injury or Damage'' - to my child!!!!! Are you kidding me?? I want to know what has happened in past classes for you to write up something as major as this. Because this is honestly scaring me and I really don't want to put my child in a class where you expect something to happen to them,and then say,'hey,its not your fault ,guys..Chill.. I understand that all schools/camps have these clauses,but this one is honestly frightening. Especially the 'anesthesia' bit. its says 'However,if I cannot be reached,I give you the necessary permission to provide medical care,including anasthesia???? I dont understand how you would have got any parent to sign those. Its completely irresponsible..
