Hi, I am a team lead in an MNC and I approached Thomas Cook for renewal of passport, as it's a branded company and i have only 10 days of time. They asked me 11,000/- and promised that they would take care of everything. After I paid the money their behavior started changing. I tried to reach them over phone several times but they did not spend even one minute of time for my doubts regarding the documents required, they gave inadequate information and cut the phone.When i opposed, they said "you are not the only customer we have"!. When I went after two days they did not provide any documentation and told me to do by my own. I am shocked and disappointed because of their carelessness towards the customers. On the day of appointment with passport office also, she did not spend one minute of time to review the documentation properly and missed one important affidavit. Finally my Passport was rejected because of poor documentation. I lost my onsite chance because of Thomas Cook , They just work for money, they don't have time to listen to the customer requirements, they don't have the responsibility to proivde the documentation. Never Ever chose this money minded vendor.
