Terrible Customer service, rude callcentre officials, hilarious servicepersonnel. Best Internet Service Provider, just subscribe once and you wouldn't even browse the net because of the terrible speed. Let alone downloading torrentz and other big files you would have to wait for hours to download a 25mb file. Cable service ki to baat hi mat karo, they provided us with a set-top-box, the connection goes off as frequently as clock ticks. The language changing option was earlier available, but after 2-3 months they increased the rates and disabled that too. The callcentre officials literally tell us not to call again, as if we are calling them to buy an insurance policy.
