I watched a movie this morning in the 10 AM slot. There were hardly any audiences by that time. It was 9.55 and I was already seated in the top 'A' row, right in the centre of the projection room. To my horror, I heard a man talking to another person in the projection room using abusive language about some person who was not in the room. The language was so dirty that it can't be mentioned in this public forum. And it was repeating. After the show, I went and complained to the manager who called the staff. The staff completely refuted the charge. My movie experience was ruined for sure. I did not buy the ticket and that too online to go and listen to all that crap. You can hear this language for free while waling on Delhi roads. As a customer, I definitely felt cheated and felt that just making swanky movie theatres is not enough, they need to train their staff on behaving well in front of/with the customers.
