* They promised one month and they took 6 months to complete wood work in my house (3 BR Lofts, 1 Kitchen Modular). * After Service: One draw in kitchen broke and I have been calling Prabhu (9940318845) who works in vels. He picked my call once and said he will take care. Its been three weeks now. nothing happened. we are not able to use that draw. And now when I call Prabhu he doesnt pick the call at all. * Now I went to their website and got this number 9840788855. Forgot the name. He said he will inform Prabhu. This happened on April 13 2012. Lets see when I get the response. * Basically they talk nice to the customers but never keep up the promise.
