We from Dell Computers, Domlur have been ordering from Hyderabadi Biriyani house for ages (almost like 5 years) and although the food is good, the delivery service definitely sucks.. while they charge us INR 30 as delivery charges (while all others deliver for free) they are always hesitant to come inside the premises and deliver the food. Even on 1st October 2013, we ordered for 4 Chicken Biriyani and the delivery guy even before he started from his place called and asked to come to main road and when we asked where was he, he informed that he is starting from the restaurant. We asked him to come inside to which he rudely replied he cant and wants us to be standing while he arrives, we asked him to come and give us a call to which he denied. So for what effing reason are we paying the delivery charges. He was rude during the entire conversation which is absolutely unacceptable. Further when he came he arrived only with 3 chicken biriyanis instead of 4 and after talking with the restaurant guys he went back with an assurance to get the 4th biriyani. We paid the money for 3 biriyanis along with the delivery charge of INR 30. He came after 90 minutes with the 4th biriyani and again a delivery charge of INR 30, when we asked why do we need to pay the delivery charge again although we had made an order for 4 biriyanis and it is their mistake that they only brought 3 the first time, he denied and said that we need to pay the delivery charge of INR 30. Although we returned the Biriyani and have decided never to order from Hyderabadi Biriyani house, we ask your team to communicate to Hyderabadi Biriyani house, if they are ready to lose their daily order of few thousand bucks from Dell as we are now thinking of enlightening all the employees of Dell about this misbehavior and fraudulent way of the restaurant. Just to give you and example, entire Dell orders a minimum of INR 10 K - 12 K order every single day. Hope they would be happy to know that they would be losing this entire order soon.

Bhojohori Manna

I have been a regular customer of Bhojohori Manna, Bangalore, to an extent where I have visited the place almost twice a week, every week, every month and have received warm welcome and good food but on 7th April 2012 my complete experience with this place changed. I don’t know the name of the fellow who seemed to be a supervisor or Manager but his behavior was extremely rude and he carried an extremely unprofessional attitude. I agree that we were only two of us and there was no two seater table available on the first floor but there is a professional way to convey the same instead of simply dragging you down through words. It was really defaming and embarrassing when we were climbing the stairs to go to the first floor, the fellow shouted at the top of his voice “Namao Namao taratari niche namao oder ke” followed by “ Jaake dekho sudhu oporei boste chai”. I mean you could have still conveyed the message in a very subtle way and made us accommodated on the ground floor and we would have enjoyed our meal. Further to this he did not even respond to our several calls for placing the order and it wasn’t that he wasn’t able to hear us but rather was just ignoring us and later displayed absolute displeasure in taking the order and serving it too. Really bad experience and my last visit to Bhojohori Manna. I would certainly spread this as a word of mouth and via social networking websites as well so that atleast people who are near and close to me get saved from this kind of appalling customer service. Hope this rings a bell as I have heard many such experiences in the last few communications with my friends who have been this place and have gone through such sad experiences.
