I recently bought a Dio from Planet Honda. They made me buy "Optional Accessories" worth Rs.5,000 even though I did not want most of them. I wanted the vehicle badly and had to pay for the accessories. I am not sure if other showrooms too follow this restrictive trade practices. I tried to raise a complain at the Honda site, but you know what? The Submit button on the Honda site's complaint form does not work!
