They have very poor service. I have visited this restaurant 3 times.... all after a gap of couple of months but their service is still very poor.
1)The bread basket they give in the beginning has very poor quality of bread and that too... just 4 pieces. They are trying to save money when serving their customer bread.
2) They are very slow in their service.... in bringing the food, the drinks, the bill. Their response time is so bad that you get tired of waiting for everything!!

Cafe Coffee Day at Green Park Main Market, New Delhi is a wierd place.
Firstly, they do not have half the things available that are written in their menu. They have combos written in their menu which are a combination of a coffee and something to eat. Either they have the coffee/ iced tea out of stock or the eatable out of stock. So you can never buy any of their combos that are priced at a good price because one of the things is always out of stock.
Secondly, they have mosquitoes in their premises which are always roaming around near your feet.

The Staff in ladies salon has been working there for so long now that they take things for granted. They make customers wait if they feel like. They do not listen to the lady managing the staff. They ignore a customer sitting and waiting even when they are free.
They need to manage their staff better and teach them that customer is priority.
Poor service!!!!
