Ref.: Complaint No. 84272391 Product : Samsung Refrigerator Model RA19 CDUX (Sl. No. 405822) I purchased the above refrigerator from M/s. M.G. Electronics, Madangir, New Delhi on 4th July, 2010 vide their bill no. 14197. My above refrigerator is giving problem from very first day. Immediately after installing I noticed that ice was forming on the back panel around the compressor and the refrigerator was keeps on running. I lodged the complaint and your engineer visited and told me that it is due to gas problem and he will send another engineer to check for it. Next day some other engineer visited and refilled the gas. Then from next day it stopped cooling. I again called the customer care they again visited and refilled the gas. After that it starts giving lots of noise, I called many time but every time I was told that it is normal and every refrigerator has that much noise so I had no other option but to keep ignoring that noise. After few months in winter I noticed that ice was forming in middle panel of the refrigerator and all the liquid items kept there were freezing. I again called your service center and they just simply told me to set the temperature controlling nob at lowest. I told him that it is on normal mode but instead of visiting and checking the refrigerator he instructed me over phone to adjust the temperature controlling nob. It worked well till winters, now as summers starts it stopped cooling. The ice is not forming in half of the fridger. When I again called the customer care they informed me that they will again send the engineer but I have to pay service charges since warranty has expired. I am not able to understand when I am continuously complaining and some or other complaint is continuously occurring then why you are seeking charges. I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the sort of service provided to me by SAMSUNG COMPANY. I request you to please look into the matter and take immediate action otherwise I am bound to approach the Consumer Court or other competitive authorities, as my hard earned money is found wasted. I require a complete replacement of this good for nothing, useless, trouble maker thing or my full money back. Thanking you, Nirmal Kumar
