I approached Neev whitefield branch for the admission(2012-2013) of my son.I went there twice after speaking to the incharge on phone who asked me to come and visit the branch on saturday.She did not mention anything about the appointment, neither did she care to ask my name.
When I reached the school, the security guard and a lady did not open the gate saying you need to have an appointment. I went back assuming its a Saturday and the school is closed. I again went on wednesday and the lady incharge (some Ms Smita) sitting in her office flatly refused to see us. We were standing outside the gate. The security lady at the gate went inside to ask if we can come in but that lady refused. The lady at the gate asked us to call her(She was very much there in her office) , but madam did not have the courtesy to even take the call, knowing very well that we are standing at the gate.
Agreed the admissions are closed but have the basic courtesy to talk to the parents who are visiting your school. Other schools(Good ones) atleast had this thing in place and did not refuse to let us enter the premises or did not entertain our query. I wonder what kind of education that lady will impart to the kids coming in her branch.
