I too had a very bad experience with Bharathi. I was regular user with Bharathi until this incident. I had booked a cab around morning to send my mother in law and husband to railwastation at 6.45pm. I got a sms confiming the booking id 3271 and driver number(9941553652). But, nobody had called till 7pm and hurrily, we had called the driver and he said he never got any information and he is not responsible. We had called service and they said they had given the schedule to the driver and now its been with you and driver. No one is ready to listen our situation and harsh while answering. at around 8 o clock we had somehow took a auto riskshaw and sent them. Now i am not suggesting this service to my friends and families. Disrepect at core.
