Absolute worst ever! From 1996 till now.. 16 years... i have not experienced or heard of a restaurant not answeting a call. I had four phone numbers, some old, some new, some landline, some celll. At noon (within working hours) no-one took the call on any number. I have no comment abiout the pizza/food... because I could not get any :-) Can it get worse than this?

After about six or seven cab services / booking portals, including Meru, YourCabs is (as of now, June 2012) the best I have seen! After three journeys (8 hour / 80 km) I'm totally happy with every aspect. (I have small complaints about all the other services, but not even one with YourCabs. Thanks!)

I agree with MB above. When they came to our house in Sarjapur Road, there were two people in the house, working at their laptops. The foreman tried to skip rooms, and I had to tell them to clean them. They said the main room was completed, and when I showed them the dirt with my fingers, they had to clean the whole room again. Broke one tap, broke one switchboard. The workers were not scrubbing hard, and I had to manually scrub and show them how to do it. The foreman was rude and unprofessional. We had a bad experience because they never got back! We called, they came for an inspection later than promised, and said they'd send a quote. Then the owner (Shyam) disappeared. 10 days later after repeated calls, we got a quote with all the wrong details. After almost a month of wasted time, we had to look for different cleaners.
