We have purchased Chroma split AC 1.5 year back. Ever since we have purchased this product, we are facing water leakage problem from the unit. The servicing was done 2 times but the problem persists. There seems to be some installation problem.
Please attend to this problem or else replace the product. We have complained atleast 3 times but it has not been attended.Kindly take necessary action, before we go to the consumer court.
