I had fever and the first thing doctor said that u should get admitted we will do all tests to see why the fever is when i declined then he wrote tests worth 2000 Rs along with medicine. All tests were fine it was viral fever. The main policy is to get admitted the patient and they will put all kind of pressure so that patient is admitted and then they can charge n no. of charges.
