My wife and I took my mother in law there, and she had a terrible experience. The spa was extremely busy as they had overbooked their treatments. No one paid any attention to us, and the therapist was half-hearted. She had booked a facial and massage. Her facial was done in a non-AC room (in the middle of the heat in June! While the face pack was on, they moved her clothes to a different room without telling her, and left her alone in the room! Terrible service. We will never come here again. We have been to about 50-60 different spas all over the world, and Spa Hibiscus is very near the bottom of that list.
