i completely agree, i own a jetta . after sales service is pathetic and while buying as well we were mis guided and had to fight to buy a premium car like jetta. i ve been calling them for my rc and insurance from 8 months the time i bought my car but none of them are bothered ashamed of buying a premium car from such a place thoop on them...
